A charity constitution is the organisation’s legal rulebook. It explains the charity’s purpose, how it is run, its powers, and how changes or closure are handled, ensuring transparency and good governance.
Our OSCR report contains our annual return, trustees’ report, and accounts, demonstrating transparency, public benefit, and accountability as required by the Scottish Charity Regulator.
Every charity is legally required to produce accounts and a trustees’ annual report. These documents help show how the charity operates and how its money is managed. The trustees’ annual report also allows the charity to explain its work and impact to the public and to funding organisations.
An internal document created to clearly define the problem the organisation exists to address, explain the actions it takes to tackle that problem, and set out the outcomes and impact it aims to achieve as a result.
